Nutrition Guidance for Sponsors — helps sponsors identify their food service responsibilities. This publication offers menu planning and nutrition guidance along with sample menus of breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Also included are food service recordkeeping requirements, food buying and storage information, and guidance in the areas of food safety and sanitation.
